Regular Practice
On Monday and Thursday we offer zazen and ceremonies in the morning. On Friday evening there is qigong followed by zazen and study.

Caring for others is an expression of our Bodhisattva nature. Our activities for the benefit of all beings are organized within our association “1000 Hände”.
